Mr Sathya Murthy

Training:

Since qualifying in 1983, Mr Sathya Murthy has had training at renowned hospitals in United Kingdom, Ireland and India. Mr Murthy has had the privilege of undergoing training in Shoulder surgery under the guidance of two Past Presidents of the British Elbow and Shoulder Society (BESS).  He underwent Sports Fellowship training in Shoulder and Knee injuries at the prestigious Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

He completed advance training in knee ligament reconstruction and knee replacements with the Professorial unit at Southampton University Hospital. As Senior Registrar at Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital, Dublin, he obtained extensive training in hip and knee replacements

Mr Murthy’s runs One stop shoulder clinics which provide high quality and effective treatment. Examination, diagnosis with scans and treatment with injections all happen in a single visit facilitating quick recovery of acutely painful joints. This includes ultra-sound guided shoulder injections, nerve blocks, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Syn-Visc injections.
